STEP 1:
Add dragon‑fruit cubes, lime chunks, and mint leaves to mixing glass.
STEP 2:
Pour in white rum and muddle lightly.
STEP 3:
Fill serving glass with ice.
STEP 4:
Strain muddled mixture over ice.
STEP 5:
Top with soda water.
STEP 6:
Garnish with mint and dragon‑fruit slice.
