120 ml soda water
30 ml green apple syrup

1 cup kiwi chunks
1 tsp honey
1 oz rum
1/2 cup soda water
1 oz green apple syrup
mint leaves and kiwi slices for garnish
STEP 1:
Muddle kiwi and honey in glass.
STEP 2:
Add half the ice and kiwi chunks.
STEP 3:
Add rum and soda water.
STEP 4:
Pour green apple syrup.
STEP 5:
Top with remaining ice and garnish.
STEP 6:
Stir and enjoy.
