This is a great ice maker…. For about 6 or 7 months. Perfect wonderful ice nuggets. However after 6 or 7 months it gave out and had the screech of death as so many of these kinds of ice makers do. To my surprise the customer service of Euhomy was wonderful! Emailed my complaint along with receipt and video and was sent a replacement. Since I have a family of 7 I had to order a quick replacement before I got my euhomy replacement. Smaller and cheaper. So I haven’t opened my replacement euhomy. I’m saving it for when little bit ice maker dies which is inevitable. Would I buy a Euhomy again? Yes! I have confidence in their customer service to get a replacement if it dies before the year is up. The price for use of a year or more is quite reasonable. I don’t want to bite the bullet of $600 for a big fancy one.

When we ordered the Euhomy machine in December we had issues with it, but Euhomy quickly took care of the situation and replaced it with a new machine. This new machine is working great. Glad we bought this machine and Euhomy was great to work with.
I was hesitant because we have a separate counter ice machine that did not produce Sonic ice. This is the genuine article! Our previous one was also quite noisy. This one, however, is not! The only issue I have is figuring out how to replenish the base. Overall, I'd give it a 9/10 because of the base and the fact that it has to be pulled away from our wall in order for the lid to stay up. Overall, I'm pleased!

My spouse enjoys chomping on ice, especially soft and tiny Sonic ice. This ice machine does exactly that. He's notoriously difficult to buy for, so when he claimed this was the finest birthday present he'd ever received, I knew I'd won the best wife award. This machine is so simple to use that the only complaint I have is the tiny noise it makes when manufacturing ice, but what ice machine doesn't? The noise is kept to a minimum and is not distracting. This ice machine comes highly recommended by me.
